Grilled Flank Steak Salad

Smoky Seasoning Blend
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons granulated onion
1 tablespoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
*yields about 1/2 cup

Ingredients
2 cups baby spinach or mixed greens
6oz thinly sliced flank steak
1/4 cup sliced granny smith apples
1/4 cup baby bella mushrooms
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Rub the smoky seasoning blend on the flank steak. Grill over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired temperature. Let steak rest for at least 5 minutes. Slice the steak thinly and place over a bed of baby spinach or mixed greens. Top with apples, raspberries, mushrooms, and almonds. Dress with balsamic vinaigrette. Enjoy!

**I used my leftover smoky seasoning on some thick slices of bacon, and added in some goat cheese, along with mixed greens, almonds, raspberries, and balsamic vinaigrette the next day for another variation of this salad!
